I have had an opal got somewhere else set in silver as a pendant, the owners were nice to me, listened to my ideas and got it done quickly. The pendant itself is lovely and looks solid. Communication was always very quick and helpful.

Shocking service. My partner has bought me a pair of earrings from this jeweller. I have also been there to change a battery for my watch. When my partner hinted he was looking at rings to propose, I thought it would be a good idea to get my ring finger measured. I went in this morning and explained myself to the manager. He was instantly extremely rude suggesting that my partner clearly wasn’t going to buy the ring there. I tried to explain myself again but he even interrupted me. He reluctantly measured my finger quickly trying just two sizes - a measurement that I clearly can’t trust. I didn’t insist because I was so embarrassed the only thing I wanted to do was to get out of there. I was with my daughter and when we came out of the shop, she said ”Why was he so rude?”. Appalling customer service. He has lost a customer. I will never go back. Nor my partner, obviously.
Fitted a replacement watch battery while I waited, charging a very reasonable price. A handy local shop.
Terrible place. After paying a large deposit for a ring to be made, four months later I am told it is not possible at the quoted price. Total luck of communication an disregard for customers feelings. They did not come up with any alternative designs and eventually I collected my deposit and precious stone. So unprofessional of them. Avoid going there!
Horrible experince ..The older lady was Rude and very unpleasant . Super arrogant I asked a simple question and her attitude made me feel awful . They don't deserve one star .They need to allow 0 stars for businesses like this . Sorry I never leave small businesses reviews like this but believe me they deserve every word.
Despite being such a small, tucked away shop, Angela Rose is an excellent jeweller. I wandered in here whilst looking for an engagement ring, having been rather unimpressed with what the boutiques of Muswell Hill had to offer. Bernard, the jeweller, was excellent; helping me to choose the design, advising on setting and explaining all the elements of diamond value and carat. He even came up with two finished designs for me to choose from, and my fiancé was delighted with the result, all done in three weeks, and for a significantly lower price tag than I was originally looking at.
First class service and excellent knowledge, If you need any thing from jewelry repairs , watch straps or repair , valuations or just browse the shelves of stock then this is the place to go .
