Shocking customer service. I walked in all happy after a long day at work interested in looking at rings. It was very evident that I'm a jewellery buyer as I wear a lot of gold rings on my fingers. These two gentlemen didn't say hello, acknowledge my presence or even ask if I needed help. I was in for a good 5 minutes looking around yet they were too busy talking. On walking out I them that their customer service was terrible. I was looking forward to going to the store for a long time despite the gold price rising so they've LITERALLY lost a potential long term customer.
Nice little shop other top floor of the wood Green shoping city. It's and amazing array of necklaces pendants bracelets and charms.itis absolutely lovely The person that served was extremely polite friendly with a genuine interest to help me. The prices are extremely reasonable and the designs are quite modern and in sometimes unlike the others you see inches various catalogues.
