After church got invited here for a Sunday roast lunch. Very impressed with the facility and very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was excellent, pork belly is to die for. Will be coming back to this absolutely awesome pub. Highly recommend
A really quaint pub inside. Feels cosy, especially in the cold weather. Serves great food. Not tasted anything particular from their menu, so can't review on that & prices. Have a lovely outside space, around the front & one side, with a covering over the top part, & heaters too, I believe, from memory
Hired out an area of the pub for a private function and genuinely couldn’t recommend it more, the staff literally accommodated everything lighting, music, the layout of the tables and actively checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure everything was going okay. I had even left it fairly last minute to organise and they were absolutely fine with it. Can’t say a bad word. I would 100% recommend for a private function and would deffo do so myself again!!
We love this pub and is great for all ocaasions. We just held my partner's 40th birthday party here on Saturday and had a fantastic night. The manager was so helpful and we had music and food. Great night had by all!
Come here every Thursday for the retro gaming night, it's brilliant! 12 retro consoles and literally thousands of games to choose from, and the staff are so helpful and so knowledgeable and passionate about gaming. Attracts a really lovely and friendly crows, and a great opportunity to meet gamers in the local area. 10/10!!!
Great local pub. Good beer selection, lovely atmosphere and tasty Thai food. Really nice selection of starters to share among our group.
Clean, airy & fresh but with character. Lots of IPA's, few Ale's, fireplace with real fire and an antique PACMAN game. What more could you want?! Also loads of seating inside and out. Well worth a visit.
Very nice local pub. Great staff good selection beers and ciders. Good outdoor seating area.
Fantastic craft on usually, good food and nice staff. The craft tends towards the over-expensive sometimes and can be found cheaper elsewhere but on Wednesdays it's 20% off craft beers so there's a bit of balance there. And it's a nice pub, so worth taking the rough with the smooth.
Great pub. They always have my phone safe and sound the next morning when it has a sleepover.
