We love an Amber star dinner!nWe had one last night and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The delivery even came quicker than expected.nWe have ordered food from here many times before and we're never disappointed. There's a great choice of dishes that are all reasonably priced. The set menu is great value for money.nThe food is always hot and fresh and tastes delicious.nMy only complaints are that they don't accept card payments and I would love it if they would add Crispy Seaweed to the menu.
Really good curried breast of chicken and crispy shredded chicken with chilli sauce not too spicy which suited me fine, normally use a different takeaway but it was closed tonight.nBe aware the menu prices have all changed. I didn't notice the signsnDecor is very tired, but an update won't make the food taste any different!nWill definitely return and recommend.
Have used amber star in the past,was always OK. Recent visit was again acceptable,its not our 1st choice locally,although it's food is decent,prices increasing everywhere.was very busy,which is a good sign,although other Chinese wasn't open.will use again .
Absolutely LOVE the Amber star.nFood is delicious and we travel a decent distance to visit it every few weeks.nThere are lots of new dishes we have been trying and so far, havnt found anything that we havnt liked
last time i went here it was brilliant, but this time… OMG there was a RAT… yes a dead Rat in my curry noodle soup!!! i will never be returning
