Please don't use this cab service. Their customer service was the worst I have ever seen, very appalling. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. I accidentally left my phone in one of their driver’s car. I called the controller’s office to see if they could pass on a message to the driver about this. The controller told me the driver had closed for the day and that I have to wait until the following evening when the Driver would come back to work. I told the controller that it would have been too late by then and asked if the controller can give me the driver's contact number. The control office refused and blamed me for forgetting my phone in the car in the first place. The controller was unbelievably rude. That night, I activated my 'find my phone' and managed to trace the phone to an address in Abbeywood. I drove to the location and figured out that the phone was still in the car parked by the street side. It was too late at night to start knocking on peoples door to ascertain the ownership of the car. With this knowledge of knowing where the phone was, I decided to go home and called the cab office in the morning. Again, they were so rude and unhelpful. I went back to the location, this time the car had been moved. Armed with the information I had the night before, I asked the neighbours about the car and someone pointed me in the direction of the car’s owner. I knocked on the house door and spoke to the Cab Driver's wife and asked if her Husband or her knew about my phone. The Cab Driver's wife was very polite and immediately called the husband who was not at home at the time. She confirmed the Husband had my phone. I was happy that at least my phone had been found. I called Amber Cab Office again, this time they threatened to report me to the police for having the audacity to go to the cab driver's home by myself. At first, they told me to go to the police station to collect the phone. After about 45 minutes of being told off by the controller, he suddenly came back to his senses and decided to give me my phone. I will never use Amber Car again, a very unprofessional outfit. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CAB OFFICE.

The worst service ever. Booked a minicab to pickup my parents from heathrow a day before and got a confirmation text and everything. 2 hours before the flight I call to get information and they say that they cannot do it anymore as its not in their area. When I said thats not my fault, why would you confirm it she said bugger off and hangs up. Rude, Unprofessional and useless. Don't book with them. They may change their minds minutes before.

Shocking customer service. I had a family member call to arrange a pick up for me from Heathrow in early hours.They advised they would have to have me in person pay in full before they booked it. Fair enough. She was advised it would be fine to call in the morning when I landed and I could have a car sent out. Needless to say that was a load of rubbish.i was basically told, because I didn't get a car out with them, then they weren't prepared to send a car out. Ridiculous! I don't be using your service again.

The best cab service. I have been using it everyday for months and they are the best in town. Never had any problems at all.

Awful service- would not recommend. > Initial cab cancelled trip 1 minute before reservation was due > Once 2nd cab was dispatched, a new higher price was quoted for the fastest route to destination (£10 more) > Customer service was awful and unapologetic. > Costly, poor and slow service
