Ordered a taxi and was told approx 20 min wait. Called after 25 mins for an update and was told rather abruptly another 30 mins. I said I should have been told that or updated with that and was advised 'she doesn't know me so wouldn't text me'. Rather odd since they send text updates for everything else. Girl was very rude, called me patronising for basically asking for realistic updates, I thought I was being polite! Very happy to listen to the call recording as refused to give any feedback or names as calls were recorded. Basic and realistic updates are a pretty standard in this day and age. Would never use again, not because the delays, because the rudeness of the staff when asking for updates!

Great service until my driver started asking about my sexuality and how my personal sex life was! Asking why I wouldn't be with a man etc a general chat gone to a very uncomfortable journey and driving while on the phone with one hand Sort your drivers out

I booked a cab with them last Saturday afternoon for 6.50pm to arrive at my son's 21st birthday restaurant reservation at 7pm. Both cab office and restaurant are at the top end of my street. I received confirmation text telling me my cab had arrived outside at 6.40pm and my driver's name was mohamid. I stepped outside but the cab was no where to be seen on this dark and damp evening. I then received a phone call from driver telling me he was outside and to come outside and look. I did, once again and once again, no sign. I phoned him back and he was adamant he was outside my house. I tried explaining he must be at wrong address and i repeated my door number and post code. He then began raising his voice to me telling me i was shouting and to stop shouting. I explained i wasn't shouting, then he started mimmicking me and mocking me over the phone. I told he was a cockey person and that i would be reporting him.I told him i no longer required his cab. My son then used his phone to ring UBER. What a prompt service. They were with us in 2 minutes. Brilliant service. I attempted to ring Amber to complain...

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Should have read the reviews first! RUDE TAXI DRIVER!!! Knocked on my door, left. Was sitting outside in car. Asked if he could help me with my bag ( was going to train station ) he says "I wasn't told about any bags" proceeded to watch me struggle into the car with a bag packed for the Bank holiday weekend! Didn't help me out of the car either. Didn't know what part of the station to drop me at. I'm not from bexleyheath but oh my God he was atrocious. Not only, he was on the phone the whole time with a friend chatting. He was a foreigner but super rude, being from another country is not an excuse! Phoned the main office and I get a guy on the phone who wanted to transfer me to "the controller" said call couldn't be completed. Called back and they hung up on me. Called again and no one said hello, then they hung up. I was going to tip as I am American and that is my custom but this ride didn't even deserve the £5 base fair. STAY THE HECK AWAY!!!!!!
