Used a few times after coming home from train station. Always on time and reasonably priced.

Sat night Switchboard staff polite, taxi prompt. Booked at 1:30, asked if they knew how long one could be (10min). He was polite to talk to, could give me a rough quote for local journey. You also get a text with online tracking link. Taxi was actually 3min away! Took a wrong turn, but driver was apologetic about it, and took turning advice from us with no issue. Fee as quoted. Fine cab service!

Booked our cab over the phone nice and politely....not like those scummy staff at Amber cars who were rude and unhelpful
