I spent four weeks at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. I really like my room which was immaculate and cleaned daily. The lovely view from my window was also a bonus. I had no trouble with getting a parking space and would not hesitate to book again in the future.
Cracking location just on the edge of the city centre but far enough away to enjoy a quite moment - Spotless clean, warm, quite room and the hotel is in a very good state of repair - The receptionist was helpful, attentive and served a tasty breakfast. I'd return here and therefore recommend this hotel.
Comfortable and clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and efficient. Good breakfast. I would repeat my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are spacious & clean. Not to mention the rates are quite reasonable! The bathroom looks like it had been newly renovated too.
Fantastic location trendy West End + Botanic gardens, by the Kelvin river! and the nicest and most helpful staff. Perfect place for a weekend break. Renovated and well maintained traditional old buidling. Highly reccomended - you probably won't find anything better within this price range and location.
Nice small rooms with its own bath and hospitality services. The breakfast diversity is quite good if you are one of the first people in the morning. There's an order option for typical English breakfast such as different style eggs or oatmeal for example.
Staff especially joe are very professional and nothing is to much trouble keep up the good work
Very clean, very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating and overall a very pleasant stay. The location of the tv on the wall of the apartment was a little odd and an umbrella in the smoking area would be a bonus!
Lovely room, very clean and fantastic service.
