These are the sort of people who get used vehicle dealers a good name. They have been scrupulously honest with us and have shown great integrity. We have ended up not even buying a van from them yet - a series of unfortunate events with RAC inspections, which I really don't recommend - but the guys at Amavans have been really straight with us, and returned our deposit as promised when we didn't buy the van in which we'd been interested. I'd give them six stars if I could.
Phil from Amavans is superb. He is genuine, straight forward and does everything he can to help post sale. Can't fault the company or the customer service. They respond quickly on the phone and email and their finance plans are easy to set up. Vans are fairly priced and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all your assistance, Phil.
The van we brought was fine until it hit 6 months when conveniently the warranty ran out. All problems started to arise costing us over £3000 at the mechanics. When we phoned Amavans they said it was nothing to do with them. The man's attitude on the phone was disgusting & unhelpful. Now we are left with van that needs constant repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Do not recommend this place at all. I've had nothing but issues with my van. It hasn't even been a year since the purchase and I've spent £1000s of the thing. Rang them up to complain all they have done is brush it off and say not their problem. Great thanks for that. Do NOT buy from AMAVANS you will only be let down in the money pits the call van.
Highly recommend these guys, absolutely amazing service from Simon and Darren! Such genuine, helpful and nice people! Not to mention epic vans at a great prices! I couldn't ask for more! Very happy, so thank you guys!
