Very good service from beginning to end . From the company Orange Gorilla Removal Company to the storage units, everything went smoothly. I am a first time customer to storage units, everything was explained to me. Very clean units and very secure.

The process from the beginning was easy to get a unit setup. Natalie and the rest of the staff are so happy to help with deliveries etc and are always welcoming on every visit.

Really straightforward to arrange. Friendly team helped me with picking size of unit. Got the paperwork over to me and texted me on the day to confirm ready. Site is clean, tidy and safe. Really pleased as making my house move much easier and saving me money with removals firm as significant amount is stored. Very pleased.

What fantastic service and very informative and helpful staff. From the 1st contact to picking up keys and fob 1st class service.  Very competitive prices too suit any budget.

We were met by Alice at reception who greeted us in a friendly manner she was really professional she explained  the process and took us to see the storage units me and my husband feel we had excellent customer service by Alice and would definitely recommend safestore

Excellent service from the prompt phone response to my initial response to my email enquiry through viewing the storage options and the final decision and paperwork. That was a few years ago, service has remained good over the period I used the facility. Ending my contract was equally well handled by the attentive and helpful staff.

Great storage facility with polite and friendly staff always happy to help.

The manager Natalie is always helpful and friendly, the building is always kept clean and tidy.
