Great company and really helpful, I was looking for storage when my house purchase got delayed and Storagebase came to the rescue with very short notice. Really nice and helpful staff, they also did me a great deal! If you are looking for storage in the West Midlands which is easy to find and also easy to access this is a great choice. We have been dealing with Jim and Zab for 8 years now and have never had anything but goods things to say. The new members of the team are great as well. Everyone is super friendly and happy to help. Always a pleasure to work with. We recommend Storage King to our own customers and will do so for years to come.
As a customer of the former Storagebase which is now Storage King I thought they deserved a review. Access is brilliant and the different sized rooms will suit any amount of treasures we can't fit in our homes. And the prices are reasonable too, which in today's climate is great. I moved into a larger unit to accommodate my wonderful assortment of treasures not my partners description of things and the staff, Sam, Abdullah and Steve were brilliant. Cheerful and made switching units so simple. Job done I decided on having a coffee in the facility on site. Another brilliant idea, complimentary tea, coffee etc. And to be honest one of many reasons I stay loyal as I do like a brew. The only minor point I found when making my coffee was that I could only find Oat milk in the fridge. Being open minded I did contemplate using it. But then remembered the time I was given a brew made with this at a coffee shop. Each to their own but I can't stand the stuff. So I asked the staff if they had any real milk. And as previously said they were brilliant. Within a couple of minutes a carton of milk was produced. Can't say better than that. So I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of extra space. Brilliant access from local roads or the motorway etc.
Iam more then happy! Guys at reception were really nice and MORE then helpfull. Everything was Spot On! from first moment till I get the key with lock and was showed how to deal with everything. Havent seen very long such a customer service! Great Prices! And great place to store your goods. I already recomend to everyone who might need such a place. Thank you guys!
We've use Storage King for 6mths during a house move. The guys have always been helpful, the location is convenient and they even have free refreshments on site. Couldn't ask for more and would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Well organised storage facility, with trolleys and pump trucks available for movement of heavy goods Great staff who are very helpful with receiving and sending out packages on behalf of their customers
