Fabulous assistance this morning from volunteer Rob. Helped me set up my phone and print a parcel force label. Prince Charles post office Mackworth sent me there! Insane I know!
The library is well stocked with good reading. I use it for researching holidays and the travel section is excellent. You can always order books and the service is great with a core of professional and voluntary staff. A great achievement in difficult times. We are lucky it is still operating. You just have to check when it is open!
Very welcoming, lots of schoolchildren came in choosing books after school, parents enjoying the atmosphere and facilities. A real asset to the community
Although this is a great library it has very limited opening hours which makes it unusable for anyone but the retired or people at home during the week with small children. I appreciate that it relies on volunteers and so the opening hours are a reflection of that but being open slightly later at least one night a week or Saturday morning would be very helpful.
I loved the library and I used to come here when I was studying in Derby. There is a space for reading books and newspaper Very cozy and lovely staff.
Library staff are always very helpful, and it's a simple process to reserve books to be sent to your local library via the website. You get an email as soon as they are available for collection.
Always helpful, amazing that the library is run by volunteer's so glad we still have a library.
Good range of literature. Helpful staff. Please extend the computer usage time to 1 hour.
