Great place to shop. Value for money and staff team are always helpful.
Can't say I'm a fan while checking out after a small shop with a Nero divergent child , the chap on the checkout demanded that he be allowed to perform a search of my Lidl bag the contents of which were a packet of Lidl chicken noodles a phone, power bank, leads and other odds n ends .nI felt like I had been profiled as a potential shoplifter which I objected too strongly.nHe said he was only following or instructions, which to me is only following orders and this is how it starts, next we will be asked to produce our papers and shortly after that marched off to the ovens.nMost everyone seemed normalised to this action which is what appears to me asnSheep being hurded by other sheep.nI'm not sure that Audi should be putting their staff in the line fire like that as it is unfair on their staff.
Great price but fruit and veg don't last more than 2 days
Always do our weekly shop here, always well stocked and the staff are excellent.
