Was recommended 'Go Floor It' by a friend at work as he'd used them previously. I wasn't disappointed... a refreshing change to be served by someone who knows their product inside out and was more than happy to take time to explain all options. Cant speak highly enough of the service, if you're looking for flooring then go and see Raymond, it'll remove any stress and you'll know you've made the right decision. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Thanks a lot Go Floor It.

Went to Go Floor It in Towcester, following a recommendation and we were very pleased. Great selection of flooring. Excellent advice and service from Mark in the branch and with home visit. Carpets fitted less than a week later. Prompt, efficient service. Fitter great too.

Went to the Towcester showroom. Staff members were very helpful. Arranged for somebody to come out and measure up for carpets. Was given a price by email which did not itemise any costs apart from simply stating totals for materials and fitting. Also noted materials included gripper rods which were not required. Tried to say they thought the carpet we had in place was felt backed but at one point where measurements had been taken from a section of carpet had been removed and gripper was showing. I requested a fully itemised quote and was told, "I'm a very busy man. I will get round to it when I can". A day and a half later I'd heard nothing. Called the shop and was told the person I had been dealing with wasn't in but someone would get back to me. No one did. Went online and found the carpet we wanted at £4.50 per sq metre cheaper and underlay at £4.20 per sq metre cheaper. Ordered yesterday. Delivered today. Saving around £200. Go Floor It's loss.
