Just popped in to Aldi, as usual bought more than I thought so my basket was overfilled with bargains. I'm struggling to carry it all around in my hands and a lovely staff member Colin helps me load it all onto the till without me even asking for help. He saw I was on my own not managing and was so kind and supportive and the gesture made my day. Thank you, amazing customer service from Colin.
Great little shop, excellent frontage. Has almost everything you need and the staff are friendly. I know it’s a sign of the times, but I do like to be served by someone on a till. Please cattail the implementation of self service tills. The car parking area however. Is an accident waiting to happen and one needs to seriously rethink this area.
Nice store. Found everything I needed. I visited mid afternoon on a Friday so it was pretty quiet, no rushing at the tills so easier experience. Everything was well stocked and tidy though. Nice store.
I aways liked going to Thornbury Village and shopping around which we would aways go into Aldi to get are shopping and to browse around at the latest gifts.nand the staff are aways friendly and helpful, so for that reason I give this place five stars nAnd a member of staff died leading up to Christmas 2016 so Rest In Peace
Conveniently placed on the way to the car parking. Need more till staff, as the one lady was struggling taking care of a till line as well as the self check out. Fair play to her for trying though.
