I recently visited the Aldi store on Church Road in Bristol and had a very positive experience. One of the standout features of this location is the affordability of their products. So in need of an update. Always very cold. Carpark is always very dirty.nStaff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Alway's homeless people hanging around outside which can be very intimidating.
Yesterday night 23.Nov around 7:30 the customer service was like I never experienced in other stores. They were all very, very helpful and nice and smiled and went beyond to help me out. They could all say no, but instead, they looked for different solutions until my little problems were solved. Started with the security guy, then the cashier lady, then 2 guys at the cashier. I go to different Aldi and other brands as well, and I never met with this great customer service.nnAnd at the same time, why is this shop more poor than others? The food selections, the middle section etc is just way less, than I found in other Aldi stores.
Friendly staff, always well stocked with a great selection for a relatively small branch!
I really like this store, because the service is exceptional. Mrs. Celina is very polite. I recommend shopping there.
