Usually have what we're looking for. The Steak is very good from here. Cooked with love and care you can have fantastic adventures.
Ok I get that the staff at the tills need to have head phones to maybe ask for change and to get a price checks etc, but when I'm packing my food and waiting to pay and she is having a personal conversation about her night out and just having a personal chat with someone who is right on the next till while im standing there is just plain rude .They should be focused on who they are serving I wait for her to finishing her chat to realise I was waiting and asking her to click the button so I could tap my card for her to go oh sorry im thinking that's ok i got all day while you have your personal chat , also been in and it's been empty as so close to closing, there was no one on any tills so asked a man who was close by what till he said 4 so I stood there while he walked off the security guard had to ask him to get on the till sorry but I asked what till he walked off when he was the one who told me till 4 and he was the one working on the till why walk off when you know I'm waiting sich bad customer service
Register your car before you leave, there’s a screen at the packing area after you check out No self-service, the old fashion queue
Superb supermarket, great parking, wide aisles, shelves stocked, staff pleasant & approachable however queuing is an issue! You feel the tension amongst shoppers, staff seemed relatively reluctant to jump on the till. So dropped a star there otherwise it would have been five.
Good well stocked store, weird system requiring you to input vehicle registration on departure to avoid a parking penalty charge on a computer screen. First time I have seen an Aldi with paid parking area.
Perfect for shopping but pick your times to go as it can be busiest when not expected
Extremely rude assistant manager. We will be making a formal complain about the manner in which she spoke to the lady I was caring for today. Said lady is in a mobility scooter and has speech and language processing delay. Her response to a request to politely move was curt, rude and full of unnecessarily bad attitude. A gentle explanation that she just needed to finish something and would be able to move would have sufficed rather than the nasty attitude we encountered.
It's great and cheap!
Staff very helpful always. Prices and standard of food excellent. Not as well stocked as their larger stores in Hertford and Royston
I enjoy shopping at Aldi. You get value for your money. It's still my favourite shop
