Came especially for a product that was out of stock. Wandered around store for ages looking for a member of staff who told me he didn’t have a machine to check so I should carry on looking for someone else or stand in long customer service queue. Second person with “happy to help” vest also said she couldn’t help as she would have to get a machine. I asked if she would mind getting one given the wording on her vest. She went instead to ask her supervisor who told me they have no way to know when products are coming in so I would just have to come in every day to check. I recognised this as a lie and only when I insisted did I eventually have someone come and confirm that the product would not be in stock for 5 days. Atrocious customer service- they should change the wording on their vests to “can’t be bothered”.
Don't use the pay at pump as they are not refunding the £99 they hold from your account, can take up to 5 working days. No excuse for this whatsoever as other supermarkets refunding immediately
Went to the express diner 1st tables were all dirty, 2nd staff fave our order to someone else no complimentary side or anything to say sorry, 3rd flies everywhere and bins were full. no manners. Won't be eating there again
Member of staff Jackie Stevenage Asda. Was not very helpful and accused me of stealing water out of a multipack, and when I said I thought it was 90 pence it was 75 she said that there is no way that’s true. And she was letting me off. The water was 75 pence and when my friend told her she sighed and walked off. It isn’t about the money but the poor customer service. Thank you

You can get so many things here, including clothing, shoes, accessories, electrical items, home decor, general shopping and more, with most reasonably priced.nnThere is a Decathlon store attached and Asda have a dedicated pharmacy and opticians section. There are also counters such as the bakery, meat, fish and pizza. You are also able to pick up currency from the travel money section. At the entrance there is an express diner area, should you wish to stop for something to eat. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.
