August 2024 NOT OPEN TO MIDNIGHT!nnTesco website says midnight.nGoogle maps said midnight updated by store 3 weeks ago.nShop signage says “open to midnight”.nnAlso, why has the parking machine software been changed- now asks for the code even if you have been there for only a few minutes less than 30? - before if you put your registration number in and were less than 30 minutes it would say “don’t worry you have been less than 30 mins”. I asked the security guys who said it still is ok for 30 minutes. I’ve set a timer and several times have been in for 15 minutes, yet the machine still asks for a validation code. Seems set up to get more people to spend in store.nGood size Tesco which isn’t too busy if you go at the right times. Obviously prices are ridiculously high still and you are getting ripped off if you don’t have a Clubcard it’s bad enough with a Clubcard.nnAt really busy times or if there is a problem you can get stuck waiting to exit the car park.
Often a regular here and multiple problems with the car park but today takes the biscuit. 1 hour 45 minutes just to get out of the car park. Not a Tesco employee in sight to help direct the traffic in one of the worst car park layouts going. Poor show and 1 less family who shop at Tesco from now on
Huge car park designed in the worst possible way. Except that the store itself is good enough but I believe they are doing some renovation recently might get better. But I don't think car park problem is going to be considered anytime in the near future.
My wife has currently been stuck for an hour trying to leave the car park. No sign of anyone trying to help direct traffic, absolute chaos. Avoid at all costs
Try to give you old stock when you do click and collect. Basically all my fresh items go out of date tomorrow. Terrible
