Came for the xmas markets, very busy, too many prams and very high prices to buy things. Xmas Markets sounds good but the actual fact is, its a good place for an Xmas P***up
Great feature, but the Manchester traffic wardens are a right pain. They discriminate and will slap you with a parking fine even if you park perfectly and correctly display a blue badge. Beware! You might just want to visit Cheshire Oaks instead, with FREE secure parking and NO traffic wardens!
Great place for a great monument... it was constructed in 1863–1866 by Thomas Worthington
Nice square. A must walk-by for tourists.
Beautiful place and monument although the square was rounded by concrete blocks which is very sad
A beautiful outdoor space adjacent to Manchester's city hall featuring ample seating areas and lovely monuments, surrounded by beautiful old buildings. A very worthy spot for a wander or a rest while visiting downtown Manchester.
The Town Hall is closed till 2024 for maintenance. It was a great to spent some time and set under the Albert monument.
Nice place to grab lunch but also there is a lot of activities happening here throughout the year.
It makes you wonder and you can still read the inscription
