Super friendly staff and a good stock of pet food, equipment and toys. I always try to get my pet food from here to support a local business.
Nice looking shop with friendly staff, but expensive. I just got a new puppy and I believed the website in which they say that they are cheaper than supermarkets, so I bought a dog bed for £80. However, I found afterwards that I could have bought the same one for £40 elsewhere. I feel like a mug now and will never return there. It's a nice shop if money is no object though.
Great dog, cat and wild birds feed selection. We have a new puppy and the owner is helpful, friendly and offering genuine support and excellent advice getting the pup ready. Very good selection of food, treats and accessories. 2min walk from Albany Park station.
I bought my cat here, 21 years ago, he's still very fit and healthy. They gave me a litter box and some food to start off with. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will be going back there soon.
I go into Albany pet stop every week to buy my dog Loki some Moon bones as i don't know anywhere else local that sells them and they are his favourite, i always end up buying more for him as they have a good selection of dog treats he loves. I also buy my rabbit hay and food here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and i have never had a bad experience in here. My dog loves coming with me as he gets a good fuss and a treat as well lol.
I visited Albany Pet Stop yesterday as my regular pet shop has now closed down. I’ve got to say I was pleasantly surprised how well stocked the shop was. The owner was welcoming and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and she even ordered me in something she didn’t have in stock. She clearly takes pride in her work. I’d fully recommend this local shop for anyone who’s got a pet or considering getting one.
Has anyone else been into Albany Pet Stop near Albany Park Station ? I went there today as my local pet shop in Sidcup has now shut. I was very pleasantly surprised how well stocked it was and more importantly how helpful and friendly the female owner was. Can’t say customer service was at the top of the list in my old pet shop ! I’d fully recommend this shop to anyone with a pet as it’s a local friendly shop which are few and far between.
Lovely local pet shop. Great items and it is nice knowing your are supporting a small business. 10/10!
Lisa and Paula are very helpful with anything concerning your pet and if they don't have the product they will order it,the prices are better than the bigger stores,and you can park outside
A great service, very Polite Staff, always ready to advise and help and well stocked up with all types of bird food and accessories for all Pets.
