I strongly recommend Alba English School. I found here a second house when I moved to Edinburgh. The manager, Jenny, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The school is affordable and flexible so you can easily manage your classes. Lessons are enjoyable and you really learn. And also, thanks to its social life, it's a perfect place to meet new people and the city.

I've gained so much from being a student of Alba School. I've improved my English thanks to experienced teachers who shared their love and passion for this language. I'm so happy that I met many beautiful people such as staff members and students who have inspired me a lot in many different ways. I love the idea of going out together with teachers who are so creative people! I'm so excited about the opportunity to study English at Alba School! :-)

I come from Chile and I didn't have any expectation about an english course, but when I started my classes in Alba I got a nice surprise! Since the first day I felt a warm environment, the teachers are really friendly, professional and they care about the student. In Alba I've met a lot of people from different parts of the world thanks to the social meet up organised by the school. I would definitive recommend this school to any one that wants to learn english in Edinburgh! Thanks!

I am really glad I chose this school. The lessons are always very interesting and they pass quickly. The teachers organise and conduct the lessons in a varied and lively manner, and they are always friendly and helpful. We often have discussions with members of our class on many different topics. Moreover, this school is a good place to meet new people from all over the world, learn about new cultures and study in a pleasant atmosphere.
