Appalling. Please don't waste your time or money. The store was unstaffed for at least half an hour. I called later on and had a very rude member of staff say "it was an emergency, what do you want". The manager called me back to apologise and offered me a 10% discount to not tell head office. I declined. I called the main customer services which was unhelpful as the assistant kept going round in circles telling me she'd pass it up to the store manager. I've since been told it was escalated to the regional manager, who would call/email me with an update...I've heard nothing. Shocking service, I shall be taking my custom elsewhere and advise anyone else to do the same.

Avoid like the plague! We were assured we would have a bed in two weeks, 6 weeks later no bed! The staff at this store will tell you anything to get their commission, leaving a heavily pregnant woman with no bed. The manager is rude and completely unprofessional. Every week we called they gave us a different delivery date. Then to top it all off after we cancelled the order they still continued to charge us monthly payments! We ordered a bed with Dreams and the customer service was incredible and our bed was delivered in 5 days with free delivery and set up as they couldn't believe how awful Bensons were to a pregnant woman.

Very Pushy salesmen. Recommended mattresses that we didn't want and had poor reviews. Wouldn't stop pushing one brand.
