I gave this 3 star because I haven't been inside but it looks great from the YMCA cafe I was sitting in. It had people going in well dressed in their great looking gym outfits.  Good gym music coming through to where we were sitting.  Looked big and smart inside.

I love this gym and I am someone who hates gyms!!! Lovely, friendly staff who help you and show you how to do things better etc. Nothing seems to be a problem to them. I only started to go to zumba and now do a variety of all the classes and the gym!

I come and see my girlfriends parents and wanted a place to work out while visiting the area. AK FITNESS do a week membership. It was so easy and everyone was so welcoming and friendly would really recommend it. Great choice of equipment too.
