I’ve been going to CrossFit More for just over 6 months now and I absolutely love it. It’s such a great atmosphere every night and there is no judgement of your ability (or lack of!) so there is no need to be nervous about joining! Ali is great at making everyone feel welcome and part of the group and also creating motivating and interesting sessions. I would definitely recommend giving it a go!

Highly recommend this gym- Ali is an excellent coach who always has time to help you improve your technique. The workouts are really varied and even after being a member for a year, there are always new skills/techniques introduced which constantly challenges you. I have been a member of several crossfit gyms over the years and this is by far my favourite place to train.
