The ATM  Cash&Lodge placed outside is very often Out of Service. Considering that inside no ATM neither cashier for cash lodge or widraw they should add one more ATM for such of busy area. All the time que outside at ATM while inside nobody. I wonder why they pay the stuff over there .

Most useless AIB branch ever! No cashier,  no ATM ,  no Logment.  They advised you to use Outside ATM. Just close this branch and put another ATM Outside.  No point to employ this staff here. What's the point to have 2 receptionists to tell you to use Outside ATM. 1 sign could do there job. Lol

This bank is cashless, as nice as the customer services staff are, a cashless bank is as useful as a chocolate teapot

The receptionist was utterly rude and sarcastic when I asked him how to get statements from the kiosk. When the machine stopped printing he blamed me for not being fast enough. When i asked what to do in that case , he responded rather rudely saying “ oh did you forget how to do it or what? “ when i had already waited good 10 minutes. And then when again the machine got stuck he rudely said :  “ you aren’t being patient enough”. This is highly unprofessional. Firstly the app doesn’t generate e-statements immediately which is already an inconvenience in this day and age when the technology has advanced so much and then when you go to the branch to seek help , this is the treatment you get.

Very easy to open an account but almost impossible to close it. The staff are not useful and they only know to to dial in customer service and put you on the phone with them. Go here for a perfect waste of your time

This is the worst bank I ever been waiting   for appointment for 30days wasting my time  when I went there with my document didn't like to open me a bank account they discriminate you if they don't like you they will refuse you for no reason,  they don't even  have  idea who is allow to open bank account in  Ireland or hasn't I can't get over it they way they threat  endividaul is unacceptable i had to go  another branch to book another appointment for next 3weeks

I was 10mins late took a wrong bus for opening bank account thankfully they allowed me  Great experience !!

Can't withdraw more than 600e in this branch - no cash desk. Lady sent me to Grand Canal Dock - the same story max. 2100e to withdraw  I wanted 4k. Avoid.

The branch is fine but there is no cash service. I don't know why someone would open a branch without cash operations near a college and offices.

Avoid at all costs! The ATM in this place took money from my account but never gave me cash. I had to wait till Monday to fill out a form to get my money back. So annoying and inconvenient.
