Small rooms but clean and quite modern. Great localization - about 10 minutes by foot to bus station and city center.

Location is good for getting around St Andrew's. Bus to and from the railway station stops nearby. Rooms are small and basic. I had no hot water for a shower in the morning despite running a tap for 15 mins. The building layout is complicated and room signage poor. Breakfast was good. WiFi is free and provided by Openreach.

Stayed in college halls of residence as paying guest while touring Scotland over the summer. Booked for 2 night's but extended visit as both good value and very helpful staff.
Very convenient location for the town and great value for the area.

We stayed here for one night as we had struggled to get accommodation elsewhere in St Andrews for a wedding the rooms are basic but clean and well maintained.  The big plus was the breakfast.  Every single option you can think of for a Scottish or continental breakfast and serve yourself so you can enjoy as much as you like.  Nothing short of epic.  Worth going for the breakfast alone!
