Poor service to be honest, as always with solicitors you have to nag them to get things done, but the amount of errors made with the sale and purchase of our house was shocking! Not very good communication from secretary’s (say they will call you back then don’t) and reception staff put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to my solicitor! Wrong address put on communications from them. Made me feel like I wasn’t paying for a service when I was calling to chase any progress. Legal documents that should have been signed before completion turned up at my door by a member of staff on day of moving adding more stress and complications to the whole experience.

We are a local Sales & Letting agency based in Edenfield, near Ramsbottom and look after over 150 landlords across East Lancashire & Greater Manchester. Over the past 10 years, we've utilised several local solicitors, with largely disappointing results. I never have to challenge any invoices or service provided, for fear its too dear and if there are any extra questions we may have on a specific case, Rhianne or Greg at their Bury office are always at the end of the phone. Can't thank AFG Law enough, them enough for the daily/weekly and monthly work they do on behalf of our clients and our business!
