The more I read the more angry I get. We are being taken to court next week. We were legally parked at work, we have written, phoned without success. We are now told they will not even appear at court, so I assume they realise we will win and don't want to waste their time but they have wasted one year of my time. I have to take a day off work and at best the court will award £50.00 for lost time, not nearly enough. Then I have probably zero chance of getting them to pay. If I want to enforce a payment I have to pay £55.00. The system is a farce. Surely they should be asked to pay a higher cost for at least wasting the courts time.

Same experience everyone else has had. There chasing me for a parking fine I don’t owe. I have written to them to explain and there response is just a letter saying I owe money. They haven’t acknowledged what I have said. There is no way to speak to anyone on the phone. They are clearly set up in a way to frustrate people until they paY

I recently used Gladstones to represent me in a messy court action regarding custody of my daughter. I felt immediately at ease from the outset and the Solicitor representing me went out of her way to reassure me of the Court process and what I could expect when we attended Court. We received a satisfactory outcome and I would say don't let the negative reviews put you off using this firm. From what I can see all of the bad reviews seem to be from disgruntled people who are angry they got caught parking where they shouldn't have.

Shocking company. I have just received my first letter from them. They have told me their client is going to take me to civil court for a parking fine which I don't believe is due as I had a valid ticket. All companies involved (I assume from other posts are run by the same group of Directors) have no customer service and I intend to take this further as what they are doing should not be legal and they obviously rely on people giving up the fight. Any ideas as to who I should contact regarding their conduct would be gratefully received. S

I feel nothing but pity for them, truly. To spend your life pilfering from honest tax paying contributors to society as a grubby little bottom feeding parasite. Then look back on your life and realize you contributed nothing, built nothing, is one of the saddest wastes of an existence I can imagine.
