I like the bar a lot as I've been there several times but it's let down by some pretty poor customer service. The staff seem to have an ability to look right through you. It's quite possible a soul could die of thirst whilst trying to get the attention of the staff who don't exactly look happy to be there in the first place.
Pretty great happy hour pub that goes until 8. Two cocktails for ten pounds was quite a good deal considering the alcohol percentage was quite high on our drinks. Very good value!
Now a natural wine shop during lockdown. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely products including wine and beers.
Good little bar. Doesn’t do traditional cocktails but they was nice. However we didn’t realise there was passionfruit seeds in the drink we ordered and it is a bit of a choking hazard.
Popular and busy pub. As others have commented, you have a job to hear yourself think inside! But some like it like that. Goodly selection of beers, not cheap, but this is the Northern Quarter.
Would have to come again to give a better rating I just didn't have much time. Nice decore American attic style, dark wood and bricks. Good selection of spirits and ales .
I saw what I think was the owner or manager once and he was really really rude to his staff. Like making catty comments for no reason. Probably thought he was funny or sassy but just sounded horrible
