At Drakes of London Male Grooming our aim is simple; to provide expert men’s barber and grooming services, with Locations in Fulham & Tower Hill.

Story

Over the years we have been featured in publications such as Esquire, GQ, The Evening Standard, Metro, Mens's Health, Mail on Sunday and The Times. We have also worked with numerous celebrities and appeared on shows such as 10 Years Younger, Made in Chelsea and Children In Need. We have also provided our Male Grooming consultation services to some of the worlds biggest men's brands.

We are proud to work alongside local charities such as HAFAD who promote equality for disabled people within the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We also strongly promote the annual Movember event which aims to raise awareness in the ongoing battle with testicular & prostate cancer.

At Drakes of London Male Grooming our aim is simple; to provide expert men’s barber and grooming services. Our staff are highly trained and knowledgeable, which makes us one of London's leading male grooming specialists.
We are based a short walk from Fulham Broadway Station in West London. We are at once a modern men’s London barber shop on the ground floor and a male grooming salon on the first floor. We offer luxurious treatment rooms that provide a full range of services.

Drakes has evolved over time to be one of the finest menswear stores in the UK. It has classic style, with a mix of ivy, British smoothness, character and elegance. There savile row store is beautifully designed, it has the full range and I love the shirts, coats, jackets, ties and accessories they have for the modern chap. You don't feel bored looking at their designs and the quality is of a very high standard. The staff are very helpful as they hold a wealth of knowledge. The staff live by the drakes ethos of excellent taste and know how to wear it. Anyone who loves good clothese should go to drakes and buy their wardrobe filled with good quality clothing. I have been visiting Drakes since 2019, and most of the staff I have met were lovely. They do their best to try to help the customers. However, if I remember correctly, since around last year, a relatively old British Italian man has been extremely rude and arrogant to the customers. He doesn’t listen and is not willing to support customers’ issues at all. I mean, Drake’s is located in the middle of Savile Row, arguably one of the most prestigious streets for tailoring, but how he acts around the shop floor is nowhere near that standard.

Drake’s London Savile Row store has changed so much. Until around May/June 2021, the store service was top-notch, when Barrington and Moteen mostly did the service. Those two guys are still really great but not easy to see as they are many other new staff members working, and they are sadly not that helpful and friendly.  Also, their price has increased a lot while the quality has degraded. The price of a Half-canvased tailoring jacket has jumped from £995 to £1,195 £200 jump. Also, their tailoring jackets used to have working buttonholes, but they are no longer there. They make them for customers upon request, but there is an extra charge.  Their direct competitor Anglo-Italian, the owner of which previously worked for Drake’s and The Armoury, offer much better quality tailoring jackets. Most of their tailoring jackets start from £990, are fully canvased, and have hand-attached collars, armholes, etc, with lifetime free alterations. They are really helpful and friendly too.  I am not writing to harm Drake’s reputation, but I am criticising them, hoping they will get better and return to their previous state. I understand they are expanding internationally, but I believe they must care about the root to grow well in the long term.

Used to have a lovely selection of Scottish cashmere products in a great variety of colours, sadly not so much since they moved.

Used the website to order an orange or as we like to call it in Blackpool 'Tangerine'  striped shirt... Easy order and payment process.  Shirt arrived 4 working days later,  well wrapped.  Highly recommended.  Thanks again.

Walked in to look at desert boots. Bloke/Staff who talked to me was off his box but liked him. Offered me water but would have liked a shot of his pepsi cola that he was obvs enjoying. Good store and smelt like my randy uncles aftershave from the 70s.

Def a good value! Happy to see now drakes is on Savile Row! I had my two ready to wear blazer alteration in the shop, they just perfectly done, by Drakes!! Will surely come back again x.

Nice staff, though they’re definitely going for an exclusive and elusive vibe. Shirts themselves are nicely cut and there’s good choice - but 100% not worth the price tag

Lovely lads there were very kind and helpful, even though I was clearly a scrub with very little money to spend.  Of you do earn more than a shop assistant's pittence there's plenty too look at. The best casual shirts this side of the Atlantic, fantasticly creative relaxed tailoring and some great colabs with the likes of Alden, Amie Leon Dore and Northamptonshire shoe makes such as [redacted]
