I recently had a dyslexia assessment with Dr Horsford and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a comfortable environment, no judgment at all which was what i was most worried about and the time went by very quick. He’s a very kind person and will do his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The final report was very clear and gave me ways to help at school and at work . All in all a great experience!
Great experience - punctual and detailed in examination. I was happy to find that the doctor was a person of colour that would understand my culture without explanation. Usually a person who has no understanding of the culture can misjudge and misinterpret situations so this greatly put my mind at ease.
Got assessed by Dr Horsford. He was super friendly, kind and considerate which is exactly what you need when you’re getting assessed for ADHD! Would recommend
It was a great pleasure to meet Bernard, the whole assessment was calm and nice for my son. He managed to finish with the help from Bernard. I would recommend to anyone if you need a assessment done to go to him. From the booking to the assessment was so easy. Plus he spotted something in my son that I had a feeling he had. Everything was great.
I did a Dyspraxia test on Sunday and it was really good, I felt like the tester made the questions understandable and was patient. :
I found Dr Horsford really supportive and kind throughout the whole assessment and follow up process, which was potentially very overwhelming and stressful. But he made it manageable, which I shall be eternally grateful for. The assessment was very thorough and the report I received back was also extremely thorough and very clear as to what would help me practically in both work and educational settings in terms of reasonable adjustments and what training and equipment I might find useful going forward. And I mean extremely specific advice relating to the problems that I have personally in those settings. It is a huge weight off my mind that there are answers to the problems that I have. I received the report in less than the 4 weeks stated and had no problems with downloading from the secure Egress platform. Would 100% recommend Advanced Assessments.

Your professionalism, expertise, and compassion were evident throughout the entire process, and my family and I appreciate all the effort you have extended. Your patience and the way you handled my child's needs were highly appreciated. You made the assessment process much easier and less overwhelming for my child, and for that, I am grateful. It was extremely helpful when you communicated the findings of the assessment thoroughly yet in a way that was easy to understand. I must say that you were very professional and the whole process was hassle-free. Thank you, for providing such outstanding support and care for my child. Your work has not only helped our family navigate through challenging times, but it has also led to crucial insights essential for my child's development. I will add more after I get the final report, which I assume will definitely be as professional as the assessment was. Thank you once again !
Having found it very difficult to find a facility to which diagnosed my ADHD. I cannot overstate the ease in which Advanced Assessment accommodated me towards my diagnosis. Dr Bernard Horsford offered me clarity in process and clean step in which to follow. I cannot stress how clear he laid the steps for me to follow to better understand my condition and the subsequent option available to better manage them.
My friend was very anxious prior to the beginning of the assessment, but Dr Horsford's patience and professionalism did the trick. His interview was thorough and it all went smoothly and seamlessly. I will recommend this company.

Dr Bernard Horsford made the assessment as enjoyable as such a thing can ever be; he was very nice and easy to work with. It was a positive experience overall, and I happily recommend.
