I had a great experience with Pathfinders. I went in to let them know exactly what role I was looking for and what my 'dream job' was. Within a week, they had emailed me an interesting opportunity. A week after that, another one. I went for a 1-month trial, then went on 3 months paid and landed a permanent position after that. I've now been there for around a year and 3 months and I'm having a blast. Just what I was looking for. Pathfinders were great at advising me all along the way. Sometimes slightly slow getting back to me on questions to do with pay etc. but on the whole very, very good. Have recommended to other friends and would 100% use again if I felt I needed to.
For those who are actually considering applying to this recruitment agency, don't! please believe the reviews because your honestly going to end up wasting your time, its a scam they get you in, get your details and thats it. You never hear from them again
Useless, not even sure how they make money as a business. Getting you to come in and register is just a way to fill up their database
Rubbish, unprofessional and not helpful. Don't bother.
