From choosing and purchasing our dream Hot tub our experience with Lewis and the team has been first class their attention to detail and Customer excellence has been amazing,  Lewis went out of his way to answer and deal with all our questions and the whole experience from start to finish was seamless and hassle free. Thanks to Trisha who kept us up to date by email throughout the process. special thanks to the delivery and installation team who made installation day problem free. we cant thank the whole team enough for a great experience, we cannot recommend this family run Company enough. Great service from ordering to delivery. Great info from Tricia when we were in the showroom helping us choose our tub. Fast communication via email when we had to cancel delivery due to Covid and prompt redelivery date. During delivery we had a few issues with trying to get tub into garden due to space but all the delivery guys were great and looked at all options to find a way that caused the least disruption for us and got it in.

1st class service from showroom to delivery. Team talked us through everything on the day to make sure we were getting the correct hot tub for us, and the install went Fabolous, the guys took there time to go through running , maintenance , testing , stayed with us until we were more than happy with everything.  Thank you team superb.

Excellent products, really good showroom, friendly staff and good customer service. Skye spa installed 11/7, team arrived at 8:30 as indicated and install completed by 10:30. Was able to use on the first evening as the temperature reached 37 degrees by 7pm. Have now used it for 3 consecutive days are and are very happy. Superb features and jet positions. Each jet can be individually controlled with a simple turn, lighting affects really good once it gets dark, Bluetooth speakers also an excellent feature included. Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub.

We purchased the Mull hot tub from Advanced Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in MacMerry. We have to say the service we received was excellent. They kept us up to date with the delivery of our order. The Hot Tub arrived on the day they said and was fitted without any issues. We are enjoying our hot tub very much and are so pleased with our purchase. We would highly recommend Advanced Hot Tubs and Swim Spas to friends and family. Great company, great service.

Kevin and the Advanced team recently installed our swim spa. From start to finish dealing with them has been a pleasure. All the team are very professional and knowledgeable, answering any queries or concerns we had before and during the install. If you are considering a hot tub or swim spa, I would recommend giving them a call

From my initial conversations and order with Kevin, forward to Trisha organising the delivery and installation, the whole experience was a very easy process.  We ordered a Lewis Deluxe spa and although we thought it could take up to 26 weeks for delivery due to the Covid pandemic, it actually arrived much sooner which was a very pleasant surprise.  The installation team led by Lee were great and the install was quick and hassle free.  We are delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend Advanced Hot Tubs and Swim Spas LTD.
