Only interested in selling booze. Unfriendly, overpriced and during lockdown flaunted the rules. Haven’t been back in for a year or so now.
Lovely village setting lots of stock good sandwiches selection
I had the misfortune of having a flat tyre, and limped to this station. I had no change for the air machine , I asked the owner if he could help me or even offered to buy something, I explained that I only had my Apple Pay and he refused to give me a token for the machine . I explained that if I drove to another station I would damage my tyre . Not interested ! If you can help someone and it was within your powers why would you not ! I then had to limp to the Jet station in Haddington, I asked for help , and the young lad lent me a pound , which I later the same day returned ! Unbelievable how short sighted some people can be !
Great shop. Has everything you need with helpful staff
As a very good customer of the Spar shop and post office I was surprised just now when I asked to borrow a pen for a couple of minutes at the post office counter and was refused due to Covid, the reason I was given was that they are not allowed to 'share'. Is the cash in the tills not 'shared' card machines, petrol pumps? I have never seen these being sanitised before or after use??
Over priced fuel and you don't get the litres it states. Quickest tank of fuel I've ever gone through. In top of this there is a very rude man who works there and just takes payments.
Great shop. So well stocked. Nice friendly staff.
