This pub has the cheapest beers in the area. The food is good, nicely prepared with big portions and the staff are courteous and helpful.nnThe pub could use more seating as they have a lot of large tables, so that leads to a lot of wasted seats. It's also a family friendly pub, so this means there can be a lot of children running around during big matches.
Eaten here a few times now and food really tasty. Went with my hubby & son today and we had roast beef plus a dessert. The best roast potatoes I've had in a long while and beef cooked to perfection. Michael and his staff were very friendly. Also the steak is delicious here and far better value than other pubs have to offer. It comes with all the extra trimmings too. Looking forward to our next meal.
Great place to go for a meal! Went for a Sunday roast beef, which was a bit dry but the rest was nice. Atmosphere was friendly and cozy, and it was nice and warm inside.
