Cost of the appointment was covered by Bupa - but they don't pay for whatever orthotic devices are prescribed ...  a sensible move on their part, because I was charged £360 for a pair of custom-designed shoe inserts. And I had to pay cash on the day! (I'm guessing so I couldn't  change my mind later and cancel the cheque when I realised I'd paid way too much for what turned out to be two small pieces of plastic).

Terrific clinic. Staff are lovely and the treatment is fantastic. Really nice place to go to.
