Beautiful store with wonderful service.  As an American traveling to London quite a bit, I found the staff to know plenty about shot shells as well as linen shirts and upland pants. Great selection of clothing for both men and women.  Highly recommend stepping in and just looking around at very well made items you won't find at more popular stores. This is a store where you can buy a very nice dress shirt AND a beautiful blade at the same time.

Extremely surprised by the customer service. I called this shop to inquire about a technical data sheet spec description in order to apply for an authorization in Algeria for a Beretta, not any random riffle. The person on the phone literally told me “We don’t help people buy guns in Algeria”.  I mean, what kind of an answer is this ? O_O  Interestingly enough, I called Beretta USA and Paris explaining the exact same thing, not only the person on the phone knew what I was talking about but also added that they could probably help if I could come. Paris had too many demands and have a waiting list. NYC is too far.  I do not recommend taking any advice from that person, regulations around guns are strict and someone who doesn’t know the ins and outs is just there for the money. Awful philosophy of selling.  I am actually very shocked by that.

Great experience visiting the gun gallery, Theo was extremely knowledgeable on all the different firearms. They have any over and under you could ever want, the clothing section had a great selection as well.

My son and I visited the Beretta gallery in London in February looking for a shotgun, Alex was great in assisting us with our requirements and was very knowledgeable and helpful.  We placed an order as the gun wasn’t in stock estimated arrival in April and Alex was true to his word. We collect the shotgun in April and Tim General Manager was very welcoming and helpful. What a great experience purchasing from the Beretta Gallery.

Very disappointing experience. As a new shooter I was looking for some help to kit myself out with clothing for the autumn season  After being asked if I needed any help. I was promptly advised that the store didn't hold my size and was directed to the website. What happened to a store ordering stock in for the customer? 20mins before closing time the gentlemen "assistant" had moved on and was not interested in serving me. I shall go online but not Beretta'. Poor customer service on this occasion has damaged the brand.

My Visit to the Beretta Gallery today was fantastic. I was served by Roberto a very kind young man who gave me the insights about the shooting wear including the features. I was very impressed by his product knowlege. I was then greeted by a young chap on the 3rd floor specialising in guns, who gave me some great advice. The staff at this store are ever so helpful. Haven't had such a good store experience like this one in a long time. 5 Star service.

Visited to enquire about a new Beretta. I was shown exactly what I was looking for by the manager who had excellent all round shooting knowledge and experience.  He could not have been more helpful, offering to ensure several guns of the model I am interested in available to choose from if I gave a few days notice. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be returning.

Wonderful shop, friendly and respectful staff, truly knowledgeable. A great place to shop.
