Wow - so refreshing - amazing customer service. I ordered online and mistakenly didn’t pick next day delivery. Rachel sorted it all out for me. So nice to get a human, and one who appreciates the importance of customer service, who actually answers the phone. Clothes perfect, service was 5
Amazing customer service from Rachel P. I needed help with returning & exchanging a order as I’d ordered a size too small and Rachel emailed me straight back from the info@ email address she also sent me a new barcode as the original one I had didn’t work then she helped me identify where I needed to go to return my package. Im not very savvy in that department she was patient, kind & very efficient in getting back to me. She went above and beyond. If only everywhere had this level of customer service! Thank you, I will definitely be ordering again!
Excellent experience staff was very friendly. Very well priced on clothing. To top it off, i ask for a place to pray, i asked a member of staff if they could assist, Dez helped me out and given me a room were I could pray. Hats off to everyone in the store. They actually respects everyone else’s views. Thank you
