We where very satisfied about our stay at Acacia Lodge, and to be honest it was the first time I stayed at this kind of B&B. The owner also gave us some useful tips: for example, after 21:00 you can park for free at Whitstable Beach. So we are definitely going return, because Canterbury is a lovely place and worth to visit during your trip in Engeland.

Acacia Lodge is excellent. The room was clean, comfy and quiet and the B&B is in a great location, just a short distance from the city centre and various bus routes to get out beyond Canterbury. Tam and Mark were fantastic hosts. We got excellent tips as to what to do and see in and around Canterbury. It really improved our stay. They were very accommodating with check in/out and rustled up a tasty breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Acacia lodge has definitely been home away from home for me and I have enjoyed every stay over the last three years. From the wonderful smiles every morning to the comfortable nights sleep; Acacia and Tanglewood is the perfect place to stay in Canterbury. It's a very short walk into town and a stone throw away from a bus top that takes you directly to the city centre. The beds are very comfortable , I look forward to going to bed at night, and the rooms are maintained at very high standard making your stay even more comfortable. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom helps with keeping you occupied if you decide to stay indoors or stay up at night. Bathrooms are modern and always kept very clean. Tam and Mark run a wonderful Bed & Breakfast and I will always encourage everyone who visits Canterbury to stay with them at the Acacia Lodge and Tanglewood B&B

Conveniently located a few minutes from the city centre and the Cathedral. Clean rooms, though a bit small, and freshly cooked breakfast. Tam and Mark are perfect hosts and they gave us useful tips about what to do and visit in Canterbury.

Acacia Lodge is a beautifully traditional B & B with small but very clean and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms and a very friendly, helpful host family. We have stayed there several times and enjoyed the company and a freshly made breakfast with free range eggs from the garden. The house is conveniently situated for the town centre, cathedral and shopping and is an ideal base for exploring Kent. We will be back!
