Booked via app for a 7 seater at 7.30 over 24 hours in advance, thought I was safe in the knowledge that I had pre booked. Taxi didn't turn up, when I kept calling was told it hadn't even been dispatched. Almost ruined a night out. What is the point of this facility? Appalling service.

Becoming less and less reliable. Sitting waiting for cab, booked at 7:00 for 7:30, now 7:50 and not dispatched. All other companies now booked. Nice one.

Don't bother booking in advance. Taxi late despite being booked as needed to catch train. When I called to chase I was told "job just been accepted by a driver"! I explained we had booked for 3.55pm and the lady said we weren't busy when you called initially but it then got busier. Well that's why I booked in advance!! Total waste of time - what a pathetic system. Taxi didn't arrive until 4.07pm we missed our train!

I googled AC Radio to look up their number again. I was really surprised to see 2 stars. I've always had good experiences with them. Advance bookings to the airport have always turned up bang on time. Today I had an emergency and the driver turned up within 5 minutes of the call. All the drivers have been quite courteous and carried bags, etc. I'm sorry to hear of some of the other user's experiences, but I personally would recommend them.

Asked for a car big enough to fit a 55in TV in, was told we'd have to pay £10 plus fare .... Because it's a large item and would be classed as using car like a removal company! Taxi arrived and mentioned to driver what we'd been told and he couldn't believe it himself.... Told not to worry ourselves he'd only be charging the fare and not the £10.... 90% of drivers are great taking the shortest routes! The other 10% take the right p##s hitting every set of traffic lights 🚥 and longest route possible! The people taking the bookings could do with being taught manners!
