The largest selection of marine fish and corals I have ever seen in one place all of which looked amazingly healthy. The fish and inverts I brought where expertly packaged for a long journey. I am not ready for a sea horse tank but when I am i will make the journey here again.
Loved it! Got some pea puffers on Monday. Staff extra eager to help and aren’t pushy when you don’t need advice which I love! Boxed the fish up and gave them extra oxygen for their long journey for free The peas themselves were also very healthy, nice and chubby. Other places I’ve been they don’t look very healthy at all, so that was fantastic to see. Loads and loads of stock as well! Quite a journey for me but definitely will go back at some point.
Absolutely brilliant place to get anything you need for your fish tank and lots of live fish available! Always find the staff very knowledgeable and helpful when they give advise. We got some lovely guppies and tummy nose tetra recently.
very friendly and helpful company, gave me lots of advice and help nothing was too much and quick reply’s to emails and messages, i brought 6 cherry barbs 4 gold torpedo barbs, they were very well packed for delivery and arrived on time and in good health, i would definitely recommend them and will definitely buy again
Great for corals, they have a very extensive range! May have been a bad one off experience but the fish I bought was a bit over priced and had disease. Got a refund after waiting around 15 minutes for service. I would strongly recommend oasis aquatics for marine fish, never had a bad experience and they give excellent advice and post sale support
Would definitely recommend this company for fish 100%. The fish I ordered were the exact ones and also at the size they listed. After placing my order I received message to pick a day to select my delivery for. The weather had been cold so they held back the order to protect the fish which I thought you great. Fish arrived on the selected day and the they were packaged very well. Fish look healthy and have now been integrated into my tank which they seem to be selling in well. overall great company from start to finish. Many Thanks Ian
We have visited Abyss on many occasions and they always stock everything you could possibly require, we have also recieved a livestock delivery of marine fish a few months ago and from ordering to delivery it was faultless. This weekend we bought a bamboo shark egg, something new for us, we had the best advice but unfortunately the shark died a short time after hatching. We contacted abyss straight away on the telephone and explained what had happened, we were advised to take photos and return to store with the body of the shark and a sample of our aquarium water, we wouldn't have made the journey in time on the Sunday as we live over an hour away, this wasn't a problem we could go the next day. Karl dealt with us in store and explained they needed to test the parameters of our water sample, which they found to be faultless, we then had a few options, we chose to take a replacement egg, Karl gave us further advice and was professional and understanding and said we could contact abyss again if we needed to. Fantastic store and customer service, would recommend to anyone and is well worth the journey every time
Love this place, hugely knowledgeable team and very helpful even when its really busy.. Star of the show by far is Josh, hes such a good egg! Really helpful, knows so much, is patient with any questions and never makes me feel like an idiot amateur fish keeper as I have found in some other places. The selection here is vast, you will find everything you could possibly need. The fish are pretty and look very well cared for. Great to visit even just to look at the beautiful marine coral set up they have. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Amazing variety of fish, great knowledge and very good prices. If you can't find it or they can't get it, it probably doesn't exist!
First time ordering fish online and I was initially very hesitant. Rang the shop and they were incredibly professional, reassuring me on how the fish would be delivered, including sending me videos of the discussed fish to see what they were like. Fish came on the given date , well packaged with heat packs to keep the fish at a satisfactory temperature. No issues once acclimated. Thank you so much James & Team. All the best!
