Needed a taxis on the day of the Queens funeral. We got a text message to confirm booking and when taxis was dispatched. Derek turned up quickly. He was chatty and very courteous. Got us back to our hotel quickly. Great driver and very efficient service. Would be more than happy to use them again. Well done Aberdeen taxis.
Top class service. Managed to provide an extremely last minute taxi for the early hours of New Years Day - it arrived bang on time and the driver was a great guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks guys
Called Aberdeen taxis for a city-centre to airport run on a very busy pre-Christmas morning. The three companies I called first could give me nothing for at least an hour and a half. Aberdeen Taxis had an extremely courteous and competent driver at our hotel within 10 minutes. Excellent service, would highly recommend.Service: Limousines
Ordered a taxi on a quiet Sunday late morning. Was told the taxi would be 15 minutes but after 35 minutes no taxi. Other people ordered rainbow and got a car straight away. We missed our train. Edited after business reply. We did NOT book via an app. We spoke twice to a member of staff who advised of expected times and was advised 15 mins and then when we queried were told the driver was very close. If we had know we would have to wait so long we could have walked or got another company. Thank you for your quick reply. We personally won't be using your company again.
Received a very nice BMW 5 Series for the ride, clean and very nice smelling car. The driver was very polite and chatty, just what i needed for the evening. I will definitely use Aberdeen Taxis again.Service: Limousines
Thank you so much to Aberdeen Taxis for saving us in Glasgow on Friday by sending a great driver to collect us when the trains were cancelled. Great service by Amanda and Jeff was a super driver and great company on the way home.
Every other big hitter taxi in town was "fully booked" at 4am. These guys came through in 20 minutes, Majec was a good laugh and got me home safe and sound , definitely on their A game and would 100% use again
Booked a taxi about midday for a 1845 pick up. Only got a text to say it had been dispatched at 1843, and we live at least 20-25 mins from town. I note the address is on the website as crown street. When I looked At the tracking app at 1853 it told me our driver was on Auchmill road so would be at least 15 mins. When I called the office I was told ’no he’s not there, he won’t be long’. I was also told that the office computer was not working so no way for them to check. So basically I was wrong and I just had to wait… Car turned up in the village eventually at 1907 mysteriously accurate to the tracking I was looking at… and the only thing the driver could give me as an explanation was ‘not a lot of cars out tonight’. All pretty unacceptable - they had nearly 7 hours warning to let me know if they weren’t going to be able to get to us on time, but not a peep. Late for our dinner and held up plans for others. Not the way this is meant to work.
I have used them in the past and the service has been satisfactory but it was pretty bad today. After waiting for 15mins past pickup time, I called and was told the taxi was making a drop off and would soon be with me. I called again after 25 minutes and I was told exactly the same thing. I called 30 minutes later requesting that they cancel as I will be late for my appointment. Not a single word of apology was offered. I called COMCAB and 5minutes later, a taxi from COMCAB arrives.
Most of the staff doing the bookings are good, but this company has the Worse taxi drivers, that will take a long way to get more cash from the passengers. Very worse and expensive. The good reviews are fake!!!!
