Left a friend of mine waiting in the street for 30 mins in the cold and snowy conditions accusing him of being a hoax caller. He ended up having to cancel his appointment as Duncan Taxi’s have not be reliable enough. I recommend using PGM instead.

I would not recommend this taxi the driver very rude and argumentative was going to leave 2 pensioners walk home in the snow eventually got dropped off and left us walk home no customer care at all and also said I harrassed him cause I phoned him to pick us up horrible horrible person!!!
