Professional at first, but I dealt with a particular agent who always expected me to chase after them for updates and they did not contact me back when they say they would. Several occasions they would then say they would call me back and never did and I just felt like they weren't taking me seriously. Also, I was told some properties I was interested in had been snapped up yet I still see them as available online on Rightmove and other websites etc. Not going to bother as I am now dealing with other estate agents who at least let me know straight away of any updates and are willing to give me alternate options when things don't work out. This is not reflective of the whole of Abel, but one individual in particular.

I let my property via Abel of Hertford & I can highly recommend them. Not only did they instantly get me a high number of viewings, I was lucky enough to receive 3 offers within a week. The service I have received since having the property let has always been incredibly professional & they offer valuable advice

I would like to feedback my experience with Abel of Hertford.

We were lucky enough to engage them for the sale of our house. Having had a poor customer service from other estate agencies we were concerned that they would be the same.

Abel's approach to sales is personable, professional and exactly what we needed. When we contacted them for updates we felt that the whole team was working to sell our property. They were all aware of our property and who we were.

Matt looked after us day to day and always kept us updated with realistic feedback following visits. He was polite and very helpful at all times.

Between the innovative marketing tools and personal touch. I'm happy to say we sold and couldn't be happier in our new home.
