We chose to use Shepherds based on the fact they have a strong record of good customer service and a dedicated sales progressor. Given that we were relocating at a difficult time it was important to choose the right agent. We have no regrets. The service from all staff was really good from the marketing, sale negotiation, through to the sales progression and after care. The sale took longer than we would have liked to go through due to issues below us in the chain, but, ultimately the sale remained on track and reached a successful conclusion at the first time of asking! Thanks to all the team at Shepherds!

In what proved to be a long and painful move, Shepherds were the one agency we worked with (solicitors, management companies and other estate agents included) who were always helpful, honest and hard working throughout. From the time we put an offer in, right up until we had our keys, Shepherds maintained excellent communication and maintained a proactive approach to the process, working tirelessly to ensure the deal was done. Gareth, David and the team were always incredibly friendly and helpful and I would have no reservations in working with them again. Without their hard work, this move would never have happened. Their friendly, helpful, proactive approach provided some much needed relief when we were struggling to get things sorted. To the whole team at Shepherds - thank you for all your help!

Shepherds were exceptional from beginning to end ... The sale was a difficult one for me as it followed my surviving parents death and I am severely disabled. Shepherds were highly professional, offering timely, relevant advice and recommending the providers of other services who were equally professional. As I live away from Hertford their service was invaluable. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!

Initially we had reservations about using a traditional Estate Agent and were seriously considering using an 'Online' service such as 'Purple Bricks or similar. However we were more than happy to have chosen the more traditional approach as the local knowledge of Shepherds Estate agents proved invaluable at a critical stage of the process. A potential sale had 'hit the buffers', and it was only the skill & knowledge of Shepherds that re-constructed a discontinued chain of buyers which then resulted in a successful completion. Their communication was excellent as was the photography used in promoting the property. We have had no regrets in using the traditional approach.
