When we first exploring moving to France, Cle France were one of the first agents we met at an exhibition in London. Not only did they take time to understand what sort of property we were looking for, they discussed with us various ideas on how to generate an income to live in France. I have known David and Sharon, the owners of Cle France for several years and they have both been wonderfully kind and helpful! They provide invaluable advice on buying stunning properties in France at very competitive prices. They have a wealth of knowledge about France and French culture and also speak the language very well which is so important. They have a huge experience of living and working in France and provide an excellent and personal service to their clients in all aspects of purchasing a property there. They are very honest, extremely friendly and easy to do business with. I would totally recommend Cle France to anyone looking at buying their dream property in France.

When we first looked at buying our House { Renovation Project } in France, we gave Sharon and David several criteria and an area to investigate for properties for us to visit and consider. Part of the Arrangements they made for US Were ALL the local connections / contacts meeting us and giving us the options and choices available with what was a Busy Whole Week of Investigating Properties. I don't think WE would have been able to Achieve what we did without their Organisational network, Their Search Facility on their website and The Advice they supplied to us as a First Time Foreign Buyer.

After many years of research and dreaming about a property in France we decided to do something about and spent two seperate weeks in France viewing properties. The first trip did not meet much on our "wish list" so we looked for properties with other agents and came across Clé France. We had seen them at a property show the year before and got in touch with them. We gave them our "wish list" but mentioned which items were essential so it wouldn't waste their time sending properties which didn't match certain criteria. We decided on the ones we wanted to view and they liased with the agents in France. We were lucky to find a property we liked on the visit and put in an offer via Clé France. All the way through the process both David and Sharon kept us up to date wih everything and helped out with currency companies, insurance companies etc to help things run smoothly. Four months after putting in the offer, the house became ours. Even after the sale they were there for bits of advice if needed. Now we are living the dream, selling up in the UK and doing what we had planned to do. We love it here and embrace the French way of life. When looking for a property you need to know where in France and do some research - Clé France are there to help you find your dream and will help it become a reality, they will work with you every step of the way and that is what they did for us. They send regular newsletters and have a very informative website to answer many of the questions which people ask. We would recommend them to friends and family without doubt

Always helpful. I have had several occasions to use the services of Cle France and have found their contacts and knowledge of the property market in Normandy and the Mayenne to be first class. I find the weekly newsletter informative and commentary on subjects such as exchange rates potentially helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending making contact with Cle France to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in France.
