Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from fmc car sales and the condition was outstanding as always. Customer service is always spot on and very helpful would highly recommend them!

We have just had our second wheelchair access vehicle from this garage. The first was very reliable and trading it in with them to update it has been easy. Hopefully this will be as reliable and allow us to get out and about. The service was polite  with no feeling of rushing or of obligation to purchase.

Great customer service, very polite and friendly. They allowed me all the time I needed to check out the vehicle and not once did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase it. The car was even better than described on the website. Highly recommended.

When buying my vehicle I would give 5 stars for the sale,delivery and presentation of the car. I would give 0 stars if possible for aftersales. I made a mistake with the purchase as the car was too small for my needs. On asking to exchange it for a more expensive vehicle in stock I was advised they would charge £1500 to £2000 to put back on the forecourt  and this was after just 3 days of ownership.  I went elsewhere and traded the car at a fraction of the loss.

Couldn’t sing the praises of FMC enough. My in laws needed a WAV as soon as possible and Andy provided a great service and we are delighted with the new car. Even better that it was all done and delivered to their house within 24 hours of ordering with a brilliant handover from James. Thanks again!

Excellent service went to buy one car came away with two highly recommend if your looking for wavs

We highly recommend FMC car sales. The sales department was very helpful and informative. They delivered the vehicle very speedily and the delivery man was friendly and explained everything. I was concerned about the distance but it was not an issue at all. We also found their prices very reasonable .

Took delivery of our first WAV 10 days ago. Absolutely delighted!! Very helpful and knowledgable staff, not at all pushy. Great selection of  quality cars very competitively priced. Travelled from Southampton , well worth the trip. Delivered to our door a week later. Very satisfied customers. Thanks for all your help.

Easy to find just along a main thoroughfare of Kidderminster Quite a lot of mobility vehicles WAV. & a good variety of makes & variation & reasonably priced. Very helpful & had a test drive of a selected vehicle.

I had excellent experiance at FMC Cars Sales, the friendly welcoming staff helped me choose the correct car for my needs. The price was great and the quality was excellent for a used car, they even arranged to deliver the car to my door so I didn't have to travel back to them! I would highly recommend
