I just wanted to message you to say that I was blown away with Land Rover Ludlow sales, service, hospitality, honesty and the list goes on and on.nBack in June I popped into the LR dealership to meet Jess and look at Defenders with no real intention of buying, but 2 hours later I came out after purchasing a 10 month old Defender and a PX on my BMW.nJess was fantastic, she was never pushy, she was honest, helpful, heart warming etc etc..nI saw a similar Defender in another dealership with same specification but £2k cheaper but as we were blown away buy Jess I had to buy from her and I did.nShe is a fabulous asset to Sinclairgroup and LR.nI went in again today to book a recall on my Defender and the service team were equally as fabulous and met Fran who booked my recall works in.nFrom reception to sales to service to cleaners they all were lovely and helpful and chatty.nIt was a pleasure to pop in.nAnd as I keep saying I was Blown away with my whole experience.nWell done Land Rover Sinclairgroup Ludlow and Thank You.
From start to finish when ordering my new defender mark was ever so helpful, he had lots of time for me & was very professional, would highly recommend this dealership when considering purchasing a new Land Rover
Mixed opinionsnThe staff were very polite very knowledgeable and very helpful. I ordered Parts on two occasions and both I had within 24 hours but I was shocked when they wouldn’t accept cash which is legal currency The guy in the Parts department said it was company policynI want to stress I have no issues with the staff at all they are very professionalnBut sadly, because they won’t accept cash, it goes against the my Policy so I won’t be using this company again
Very helpful salesman, providing a personal video of the car before purchase and continues to respond even post picking up the car. I'm in Somerset but the whole buying and collection process in Ludlow was very easy.
First point of contact was Sophie, after using their online valuation tool, and from that moment the transaction effortlessly glided along. Sophie is calm and helpful and made the whole process incredibly straighforward. I would highly recommend the Sinclair Ludlow team and especially Sophie.
