Abysmal service from Glen Challis at Sinclair Ludlow. Knowledge on the vehicle was non existent as was his professionalism and desire to “help”. He was more interested with his phone… my wife caught a glimpse of him scrolling through a dating app whilst he was supposedly trying to find some more information on the vehicle. We will never entertain this branch again, put us right off!
Mark is true gentleman and a credit to land rover. He is very accomodating and trust worthy. He took his time to show us around our new vehicle and stayed late on his weekend to ensure we had a smooth handover. You can't ask for more.nnCheers!
Purchased a Discovery 5 less than 12 months ago. After driving
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Rang for a car which was still available at the time. Was told I would get a call back on the same day regarding my part-exchange. I received no call.nnThe next day the ‘saleswomen’ named Sophie rang to say unfortunately the car had been sold. She also claimed that she had rang me in the evening when this was a complete lie as I had no missed call.nnVery poor experience from this dealership.
Awful experience. Went to Ludlow Range Rover and we were greeted by no one. As we went into the reception there was no one at the desk.nnSomeone had seen us and didn’t even bother speaking to us. When we finally got hold a member of staff by the name of Glen he ‘assumed’ we were interested in a used vehicle. That was an assumption based on I had been out earlier in the day and never got chance to go home and change. Anyway, he showed us around the car with very very little interest or effort then left us to it. He never returned so we left the car and drove home without a bye. Never again will I bother with this dealership!nnPs: Never judge a book by its cover!
