Would have given 0 stars if possible. My partner and I were picked up by an A&I driver 10 minutes after our booked time. The driver did not text, phone or make herself seen outside of the address we booked the taxi for so we did not "go looking" for the taxi until 10 minutes after the booked time at which point we found the car out of view parked on a seperate street around the corner. We got in the car and did not make any mention of any of these failings, at which point the driver sarcastically stated that WE were 10 minutes late. The female driver made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, stating over and over that we should have been on time and acted extremely confrontational. This got so awkward and unbareable that we had to ask her to stop the car so we could get out, to which she oblidged...eventually. We got into another taxi who informed us that this is not the first time this has happenned with this specific driver. The service was unnacceptable and downright rude. I would reccommend all taxi goers to AVOID this company due to the fact they deem it acceptable to hire and keep on these sort of people.
